Top of the Bench Chemistry Competition

Congratulations to Brendan Rogan (Yr12), Peter O’Neill (Yr11), Peter Killough (Yr10) and Luke Quinn (Yr 10) who took part in the Royal Society of Chemistry’s ‘Top of the Bench Competition’ at Queen’s University on Thursday 24th January. The boys completed a practical task in the undergraduate labs of the David Keir Building, followed by a question paper. The evening was concluded with all of the teams completing a quiz in a lecture theatre. The whole experience was very enjoyable and of great benefit to the pupils.
