COMENIUS PARTNERSHIP
"'Work Experience Europe' aims to develop pupils' appreciation of the accessibility of the European workplace, to broaden their outlook and develop sought-after employability skills."

In 2012 St Malachy’s College in partnership with Ludwig Wilhelm Gymnasium, Rastatt, Germany was successful in securing funding through the British Council (Comenius) to facilitate a reciprocal international work experience project.

‘Work Experience Europe’ aims to develop pupils' appreciation of the accessibility of the European workplace, to broaden their outlook and to develop sought-after employability skills. The project focuses on work placements offered by a range of employers in Germany and in N. Ireland as well as collaborative social and cultural activities between groups of senior pupils in our respective schools.
