On Friday 28 October, we celebrated the Feast of St Malachy, Patron Saint of the College. This is a unique occasion where the College Community, students and staff included, attend Mass celebrated by Fr Michael Spence in St Patrick's Church, Donegall Street. Not many can have over 1000 young people hanging off every word, but Fr Spence delivered an inspiring homily encouraging our young people to live their faith.
There is something special about this Feast Day every year, and seeing some of our Sixth Year students commissioned as Eucharistic Ministers, only renews our faith in the young people that will mould the future of our community here at St Malachy's College. Thank you to everyone who took part and contributed to today's proceedings in any way!
All of us here at the College wish you a restful, and safe mid term break!
