IRIS ParentMail

What is IRIS ParentMail?

IRIS ParentMail is an online application that links to our Cashless Canteen system and first of all allows you to top up funds to pay for meals, drinks, snacks and other items from the canteen. It is accessed directly via the website or by using the app.

It also allows us to have a shop to allow for the payment of school items for example such as clothes that make up the schools sports kit, in various sizes, or school supplies and can be used to gather funds for school trips in instalments.

Purchased items can be picked up or organised to be collected at the Front Office or collection details may be given in the items description page.

Top up of funds takes about five minutes from being applied to appearing in the canteen cashless system.

How do I access IRIS ParentMail?

 

For access we require an up to date, unique email address or a mobile phone number to be able to send you an invite to ParentMail.

Unfortunately shared email addresses do not work with this application. The same information is shown on each parent or guardians app.

To check and update your email or mobile phone number please call in to reception or phone the school office between 9:30 - 16:30.

What does IRIS ParentMail not do?

 

We do not use IRIS ParentMail to send out communications.

We currently use the SIMS Parent App to communicate with parents and guardians.

What happens when my details are correctly recorded on the School Management System?

 

When we have your correct details, you will receive an invite to use IRIS ParentMail on or the day following the first actual day of attendance once recorded in form class.

 

Year 8's do not stay for lunch for the first few days of induction which allows a good few days for invites to be sent and actioned.
