This morning (Wednesday 10th of December), Mr McBride accompanied by Peadar Thompson (12F) and Gabriel Curran (12F), presented gifts of hampers and clothing to Mrs Margaret Harvey and Ms Edel Stinson of the Morning Star Hostel for homeless men in Belfast.

Mrs Moorehead commented that ‘pupils and staff at the College had decided to fund raise for the hostel to shine a light on the issue of homelessness in Belfast’. Mrs Moorehead went on to express her delight at the ‘immense generosity and kindness that was shown by all the boys and their families in response to such a worthy cause’ and offered her ‘sincere thanks’ for all the donations received.
