On Tuesday 13th January, Invest NI hosted an event for students interested in Arabic and the world of business.

The day began with traditional Middle-Eastern refreshments and an introduction to Invest NI’s work in Arabic-speaking countries. There was also live link to Invest NI representatives in Qatar and Saudi Arabia. Business Studies and Language students from the College heard from one young designer who, with the help of Invest NI, has embarked on a successful business venture in Qatar.

In addition, the morning featured an interesting presentation about growing trade links between companies in the North and the Middle East.
