St Malachy’s College is the oldest Catholic Boys’ Grammar School in the Diocese of Down and Connor. The Sixth Form Study Manager is a senior support and leadership role within the KS5 structure and is key to shaping the academic culture of the Sixth Form. The postholder will have strategic oversight of all Sixth Form study provision, ensuring that supervised study is purposeful, consistent and focused on academic progress. This is not a routine supervisory post; the role carries responsibility for leadership, coordination, staff management and the implementation of systems that support excellent outcomes for students.
Working Weeks
The Post is term-time, with on average 185 working days per year
Working Hours
Monday to Friday: 9am – 4:45pm
You will receive a 15-minute paid tea break in the morning and 30 minutes unpaid for lunch.
Salary
NJC Scale Points 17-20 (£25,507 - £26,802 pro-rata)
