College Gaels visit to the Gaeltacht

Gaeltacht Trip (2).jpg

On June 17th, GCSE Irish students attended an action-packed residential in the Donegal Gaeltacht.

The first stop was Cultúrlann Uí Chanáin in Derry, followed by visits to Páirc Náisiúnta Ghleann Bheatha (Glenveagh National Park) and Loch Dhún Lúiche (Dunlewey Loch). The boys spent the afternoon playing football and rounders on the beach and finished the evening with a quiz as Gaeilge.

After an early start the following morning, they travelled to Dunfanaghy and enjoyed a day of surfing.
