On Wednesday 7th February the Year 12 Leisure and Tourism class were all set to perform and record their customer service role plays. They were surprised by a guest who came along to play the role of a ‘disgruntled customer’. Local actress Olivia Nash joined the class and after a few practice runs the recording got underway. All students successfully undertook a telephone and face to face role play which they had scripted themselves. Darragh Walsh from 8D took on the role of cameraman for the afternoon.

All in all it was something of a family affair, Olivia is Ms Marcus’ Mum and they were supported by Gabriel Curran who is a classroom assistant in the school this year. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the experience!
