Musicians open Belfast Arts Weekender

St. Malachy’s Traditional Musicians opened the first event of the Belfast Arts Weekender in the Duncairn Centre on Friday 2nd March. They were invited to play by St. Malachy’s Alumni Conor Caldwell, who also teaches at the College, and the boys performed three sets of music for a large, enthusiastic audience.

The boys travel to Philadelphia this week and are performing throughout the city in various events and concerts, including the famous St. Patrick’s Day Parade in Philadelphia.

Congratulations to all the boys involved and good luck in the States!
