Ain from Belfast Cookery School visited our College today to educate and demonstrate the preparation of seafood to our Year 11 Food and Nutrition students. Ain’s expertise was an excellent opportunity for our boys to avail of, as he has worked alongside influential chefs such as Gordon Ramsay. The boys were provided with the opportunity to develop their seafood skills through the preparation of several species of fish- a great catch!
